The Store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell products to you.

We may accept or reject your order at our discretion (for example, due to suspected fraud, stock issues, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions). A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance (typically via an order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation) and payment is successfully processed.

Cancellations: Once an order is accepted, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests. Where you have a statutory right to withdraw (see Section 7), that right remains unaffected.

Prices shown on the Store are shown in the displayed currency and may change without notice. Unless expressly stated, posted prices may not include delivery fees or any applicable customs/import charges.

5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RISK

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery (or as otherwise required by mandatory law). Title to goods passes as permitted by applicable law and payment completion.

7. EU/EEA/UK CONSUMER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (COOLING-OFF)

The Store is powered by Shopify, which provides the hosting and e-commerce platform. Purchases made through the Store are made directly with us, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for sales transactions between you and us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence and may bring claims in the courts of your habitual residence where permitted by law.

22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on the Store and updating the “Last updated” date. Changes apply from the date of posting unless a later effective date is stated, subject to applicable law.
